Your vote is needed!

Brixton Reuse Centre (BRC) – a community space for repair, reuse and re-skilling – has been shortlisted for £100K of funding from Lambeth’s “Your Choice” public voting project.

About BRC

Brixton Reuse Centre (BRC) will transform a disused garage block near Loughborough Junction into a mini trading estate where waste items will be repaired and remanufactured into new products. BRC will bring new life to 200 tonnes of waste materials each year, including furniture, bikes, wood, tools, musical instruments, computers, textiles and more. The project will provide training and volunteering opportunities and green jobs – equipping local people with skills for a low carbon economy.

For more information visit our website: where you can watch a 2 minute video about the project.

We are calling for your support to encourage as many Lambeth residents as possible to vote for our project! If you live or go to school in Lambeth please vote for BRC or forward this email on to anyone you know who may like to support this project.

The deadline is 1 December.

Please support this amazing initiative and help us transform a derelict space into a creative and entrepreneurial hub for us all to enjoy.  Please circulate to all your networks.

Thank you.
